2. Service Description
EN Tercüme provides Sworn Translation, Notary-certified translation, Apostille translation, Interpreting, Transcription, Subtitling, and Localization services.
3. Quote and Order Process
- Requests received through our website or contact channels do not constitute a binding order
- The price quote we send after reviewing your documents is valid for the period specified in the quote
- Service begins after quote approval and payment
- If a cancellation request is made after the translation process has started, fees may apply in proportion to the work completed
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website (text, images, design, logo) belongs to EN Tercüme. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Documents produced as a result of translation services belong to the customer once full payment has been completed.
5. Limitation of Liability
EN Tercüme works to provide the highest level of care and accuracy in its services. However, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from translation errors. For official document translations, validity depends on the final decision of the relevant institution.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
10. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, pandemic, changes in legislation, infrastructure failures, and similar events, EN Tercüme cannot be held responsible for service disruptions.
