- Identity and contact information: From users who submit forms (name, email, phone, company)
- Technical data: Automatically (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent)

- Document content data: Documents sent for translation services
- Marketing and tracking data: Ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), campaign source information (UTM parameters), referrer, only if you consent to Marketing cookies
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to provide translation services, prepare quotes, communicate with customers, perform contracts, comply with legal obligations, and for website analysis and improvement.
4. Legal Basis
In Türkiye, processing activities are primarily based on the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). For detailed explanations, please review our KVKK Privacy Notice.
For data subjects established in the European Union, processing under GDPR Art. 6(1) may rely on legal bases such as consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests.

Data processing agreements are in place with all third-party service providers.
5a. Form Submission Process
When you submit a form on our website, your data goes through the following process:
- Your form data is received via server-side processing running on Cloudflare Pages Functions
- Security verification is performed with Cloudflare Turnstile
- The form content is sent by email via the Resend API
- It is transferred to HubSpot CRM via the n8n automation platform (hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure)
In this process, your full name, email, phone, company information, and if available your advertising tracking information (gclid, UTM parameters) are processed.
6. International Data Transfer
Under Article 9 of KVKK and GDPR Chapter V, your personal data may be transferred abroad:
- Consent-based transfers: Data collected via analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) is transferred to Google LLC (USA) only if you consent to the relevant cookie category
- Transfers for contract performance: Your form submissions are processed through Cloudflare (USA), Resend (USA), n8n/Google Cloud (Italy), and HubSpot (USA) to fulfil your service request
For all international transfers, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and required security measures are applied.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
